Can we add update contact form within an email

can we add update contact form within an email? Ie I have lots of contacts with only an email address and were looking to do an email campaign to these to get their number.

I wanted to include a form within the email for this to be captured and populated into their IS client record.

Is there a way to do this?

Hi Angela,

Most email clients will block a form automatically or could send the message to spam because of it. The best way to make sure the email works properly is to:

  • put said webform on a landing page
  • use a link to that landing page in the email
