How it would work:

When campaigns are triggered, all task and notifications are defaulted to the owner the contact is assigned to.
This idea would allow a method to assign a user to the campaign itself who would receive task and notifications in place of the actual owner. This would get past the wall of one owner per contact and allow for multiple campaigns that involve different departments to run in parallel without constant owner/task reassignment.
