Does anyone know how to add in a different label option for printing off addresses? I use Avery L7163 which doesn’t appear on the list and can’t seem to find any where to amend this?

There isn’t a place you can setup or add label definitions. That’s hard coded into the UI. Best bet is to find one of the available ones that has similar measurements. Not easy to do but really is the only option. Otherwise, export the contacts to a csv file and use avery’s online option:
