Auto-Assign Mentors (Not IS Users)

Here is my issue… we have 9 mentors for a training course. These mentors are not Infusionsoft users, just volunteers who will help welcome new members to the training course and answer any questions new members may have.

When someone purchases the training course, we would like to send an email to the next Mentor in line (sending purchasers name, contact info, etc) so the mentor can reach out to the new course member welcoming them to the community and help they with any questions they may have during their entire training course.

Is that possible?

Was thinking perhaps a field we can use (perhaps increase the number with each purchase) with a decision diamond? Is there a way to do this?
