It’s possible that this has been covered in the videos, but I’ve been unable to find the answers I seek.
I have a second agent working with me in my specific campaigns. I’ve been trying to make sure that she has the correct contacts assigned to her, based on specific condition tags. The only way I’ve been able to do that, so far, has been to go into the Contact List with the specific tags as the search parameters, and reassign them manually.
What I’m looking for is how to assign those specific tagged contacts to that other agent automatically, instead of having to check the list every time for new contacts with those specific tags. I’m sure there’s a straightforward way to do this, but I haven’t found it yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
