What is the best way to assign new contacts to users? I am sure there must be an easier way (more efficient) than what I am doing?
How would you like to assign them? In the campaign builder, you can add an “Assign an Owner” object in a sequence and have contacts assigned via a round robin…or you could have them assigned to a specific user…several other ways to do it -just depends on what you are looking for.
The “best way” will depend on your sales and business model. You can one for one round robin, or use a weighted assignment or use campaigns and tags to determine owners.
