Generally when we update contact records, particularly tags, the update takes effect instantly. We recently updated a contact’s Phone Field 2 to include his mobile number and while Infusion Soft shows it as updated an application that pulls data from that field did not send him an SMS message like it should. I’m wondering if perhaps some fields are updated in batch. Does anyone know?
Update, we found the answer to the problem. It had nothing to do with the updating time, rather a tag conflict.
