We have a 3rd party that connects the generated “Tasks and Appointments” to the Google Calendar of the assigned person. In our situation, this is sending an appointment to our sales technicians and uploading it into their Google Calendar as well as their Infusionsoft calendar. This doesn’t always happen, however, as I am being told that not everything is being sent over to the Google Calendar. Where can I go, or who can I contact about getting this fixed?
