Appointments is allowing bookings when I have work booked already

Hey - new to this forum - my appointment took in Keap is allowing bookings in times that I have scheduled work already

How do I fix it? Thanks in advance

@Rob_Marr, have you set up your busy times in Google calendar? I will also admit that I’m not too versed in Keap yet
