We are somewhat new to Infusionsoft and I’m finding that getting detailed reports from the CRM opportunities module are lacking from a sales management perspective. Granular breakouts of pipeline forecasts (Subscriptions, Services, extra subs, etc. ) don’t seem to be in the standard reporting for opportunities. Is anyone using InfusionSoft for CRM? If you are using InfusionSoft for CRM do you have suggestions on how to effectively use the CRM tools? or is InfusionSoft geared towards marketing automation and I should be using something else for CRM? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Hi @John_Baisch are you using Infusionsoft as your CRM? What responses did you have if any?
