Any recommendations for an alternative to Zen Direct?

Hello Experts!

Is anyone aware of a company that does what Zen Direct does, only better??

They have repeatedly sent letters addressed to one client on the envelope, yet the letter inside is addressed to another client. I have tried multiple times and ways to get in touch with them to solve the problem and never get a response.

We would also like an alternative to them, they don’t respond to customer service requests. I am not sure how they are labeled a trusted partner of Infusionsoft. We have a Zapier error on their end and they have not responded to repeated attempts to their customer service.
