I cannot be sure if the docs mean it should be true or false

Whether this payment should count towards affiliate commissions Defaults to false
bypassComissions => true // would appear to bypass commissions
But the explanation seems to explain it in the opposite sense. like if you put false it “will” count towards commission. So which it is?
