It’s the inkl marketing team here. We are reviewing a campaign and seeing some odd results. On most emails the sender, title and preview are all correct. However on a select few the email preview (within gmail) is not the first line of text, it’s grabbing a random line from halfway down the email.
Anyone come across this before?
Any help would be appreciated.

Every email client does some things differently and no such more than Google. There is no realistic way to account for how every email client decides to decipher the code for the email body. You of course, can try to account for the most common/used but not all. All to say that it would take some investigation and experimenting with the email in question to nail down an except able result for gmail.
