All users of Infusionsoft at our company are receiving these emails

From Infusionsoft by Keep:

A few moments ago our system tried to connect to your Gmail account: **anomized.name.@axoniq.io **.

Unfortunately, the connection was unsuccessful. Please log in now to fix the error.

There is a green button below this message saying GoToSetting - navigating to the setting page without any indication what is wrong. This happened in the past and I wonder if you could specify better what is the problem, as we can’t figure it out.
