I have tried to insert a new image into two different email templates. The image is inserted, but it aligns center even tho I have indicated it should align left. Any suggestions?
Are you looking at the mobile phone preview? I think they by default center in that preview.
No, I’m using my desktop computer.
Hi, @Joan_Sotkin. I’ve run a few tests and can’t reproduce that problem. Can you post a screenshot of your template so we can see it? I may need you to call into Support so they can take a look at it.
Joan, have you tried the new Email Builder yet? Granted, the article I linked is kind of a disaster, but the Email Builder tool is pretty great.
