Adding text block to shopping cart

I am trying to add an text block to my shopping cart (Custom Tees, basic blue is the starting template).

I want to have a place in the shopping cart where the contact can provide additional information when they are purchasing more than one ticket for an event.

IS support said this is done in custom html/css. I want to know if anyone is willing to share how they have done it, so I do not have to create from scratch.

Hi, @Mike_Gales. I tested this code in the shopping cart and it worked fine.

So you want the JavaScript in the “Custom Footer” section and your custom field code in one of the areas. It will look like this,

I want a customer to be able to input their school’s name on the checkout page. How do I go about adding this input field in my checkout cart? Thank you very much for your input.
