I’m an infusionsoft customer and I’ve just launched my business. I have contacts showing off the contact page however in the campaign builder there are zero ‘Active Contacts’ showing…what is the difference please?

Contact cannot enter a campaign unless they satisfy a goal. Making a purchase or raising a tag are a couple of the common goals used. Having fulfilled the requirement of the goal to begin the campaign, they are then run through, step by step, the campaign sequences as it is designed.
