Action Set is not working

Hello Team,
We have integrated the IS to SF. By using that integration we are running multiple action sets. It was working till yesterday and now everything looks like not working. Can you please check and let me know the issue. I am sharing the response from the API.

We had a couple of comments (on in a private FB support group and another in the public Keap support group) about action sets not working for variously different reasons.

So is it still happening? I don’t see anything about action sets on the known issues page but it may not have even been posted if there was an issue.
