Action set again not working. Notes not created today

Hello Team
Action set again not working and not creating the notes under the contact record. We are hitting the action set through integration and integration response is showing success. Please resolve this ASAP…

This generally isn’t the best place to request action on an issue. It’s a great place to ask questions but you don’t have consistent IBK/Keap monitoring at all times. I’d contact support either by phone or chat. I’ll tag @martinc here just to add to the effort :wink:
