Wow, 5 hours? I'm signed up for the class this month and the agenda says it's a 3 hours. Must be some test! Do you have any advice on how to prepare?

Good question Deborah. This is definitely on my goal list. They take good care of me and I want to become an ICC so I can take care of them even better.

My Advice...humm. Two important things: 1) Prep prior to the Arizona course and 2) When at Infusionsoft

    1) Know the Infusionsoft application before coming (take the pre-training homework very seriously)

    2) Pay attention in Class, take notes and ask questions

The test is very "fair" but it covers alot of content. It is like a semester's worth of work all riding on one test. When in the exam, it is a time allocation problem. Skim, Plan, Execute and Check. I really didn't check any of my work.

I hope this is helpful! Good luck and Good results!

Thanks for the great information. One of the few tests in life that I would actually look forward to

Thanks for this advice Craig. It is especially valuable considering the depth of your experience with the software. I am attending the certification training next week and was startled to see the latest revision of the agenda allotted five hours for the test. Now I understand why.

    Cool ICC Congrats Well Deserved!

Congrats indeed to Craig & all other ICC's!

I thought my record from college regarding length of time on a test was safe, but we have a new winner. In fairness, the ICC test was actually 3-parts.

I second Craig's tips & add the importance of understanding how to visualize 'the big picture' of a clients automation as it applies to Infusionsoft.

So how was that test? I thought it was fair but tough.

The test was very intense, but it was fair. Everyone has good advice, and I'd like to add one more tip - be familiar with flowcharts. If you've never used them before, spend some time learning everything you can.

Craig, where is your ICC badge? We have the logo by our names, but you don't. Maybe Joe Manna could help you with that.

Deb, did the badge just appear for you or did you change something in your profile?

I think I sent Joe Manna an email with my username. He will have to add it to your profile.

Congratulations, indeed. I was mad at first when I was taking the test but then I realized I don't want anybody with some cash and three day's free time to show up and get the certification. The test was fair but it was intense. If you show up Day 1 thinking you'll learn all you need to know to pass the test during the training you are in for a rude and costly awakening.

Now that I have my ICC I recommended they make it a 24-hour test!

    Good luck.
