I have an order form that goes to a webform on a successful purchase offering an upsell product. If they accept the upsell product, it creates the order for it but it hasn't billed yet. So far it's been 3 hours since the upsell order was placed and the upsell order hasn't been billed (customer still has an outstanding balance).
How long does this usually take to be 'picked-up' by Infusionsoft and processed? This will delay our fulfillment process if it is not immediate.
