    Upsell action set order - when will it charge?

    I have an order form that goes to a webform on a successful purchase offering an upsell product. If they accept the upsell product, it creates the order for it but it hasn't billed yet. So far it's been 3 hours since the upsell order was placed and the upsell order hasn't been billed (customer still has an outstanding balance).

    How long does this usually take to be 'picked-up' by Infusionsoft and processed? This will delay our fulfillment process if it is not immediate.

    It will process at the end of day (usually mid-night ish) and charge the card and zero the balance out.

    That's a bummer though...was hoping it was hourly like all the other processes. Kinda killing business to only do it once a day

    There is a thread that runs approximately once every 6 hours that charges orders. So, within 6 hours... not necessarily end of day.

    Yes - Justin is correct!! I was testing the upsell process mid-morning (between 9-10 AM) and they were all picked up at 3 PM. That's better than once a day and we should be able to work with that since it's a physical product and not digital. Though for digital upsells, it really should have an instant processing option - customers don't want to have to wait up to 6 hours for online content.

    And I second Steve's suggestion of INSTANT if it's an action that creates an order
