Hi.

I want to integrate some self hosted php sales pages with CH.
We are right at the start of our learning curve with CH, and at this stage my Client Manager
says he has no idea if this is possible or not.

We use Multivariate and Taguchi testing on our sales pages, and require the functionality. Does anyone else have success flipping back and forth between CH and a self hosted setup?

Our php guy is switched on - we do this all the time in our Amember sites.

How to assign Updated (LastUpdated) DateTime on Notes

Looking at the ContactAction table documentation it appears the LastUpdated date is Read only. I have to ask, is there no way to force a value into this field for Notes?

Background:
We have imported records into the InfusionSoft system and noticed today that the Notes which were imported now show their "Updated" DateTime under each Contact rather than the "Created" DateTime which was showing before. Calling customer service they were able to confirm this change. The "Updated" DateTime is actually the date and time the account was imported through the API (during the last week or so) which is of no use to us. We need our staff to be able to see the "CreatedDate" which is set on the Note, which is of relevance to our staff. Is there no way for us to accomplish this now?

Last ditch question: is there any chance InfusionSoft would consider showing both dates in the Notes grid? This would help us see the relevant (Created) date time on our Notes.

Legacy Order Form (HTML Not Presenting in IE, but works in Firefox/Chrome/Safari)

Hi, I've created a Legacy Order form (I don't know HTML, so I hired someone to write the HTML code for my order form), then I pasted their code into the order form template, and it looks GREAT in Safari, Chrome, and Firefox, but it's ALL JACKED UP in Internet Explorer. I called Infusionsoft support and was told that it a simple change to the HTML code, but they couldn't instruct me on what to adjust. They directed me here and convinced me that someone here is enough of a superhero to solve this problem. Any assistance would be appreciated. :)

Looking for Infusionsoft Developer familiar with NetSuite

Hello,

We are looking for a developer that has experience working with the Infusionsoft API as well as knowledge of NetSuite. We are utilizing NetSuite as a CRM/ERP but would like to conduct all marketing data collection, email marketing and marketing reporting in Infusionsoft.

We will need a bi-directional sync that pushes data points from Infusionsoft to Netsuite and vice versa.

API xmlrpc - Call Name parameter?

Hello, we have a campaign that tags a user upon receiving an xmlrpc call via the API after a purchase is made. The form is correctly recording the purchase and creating a new user, but the tags are not being applied.

The general consensus seems to be that the campaign is not set up properly, since part of the process is working. The stumbling block seems to the "Call Name" parameter that gets filled in in the Campaign creation process. but the best explanation of this I have been able to get is "The name of the call".

How do I find the "Call Name"? Where should I be looking? Is this an API function name that is being called? Is it an arbitraery name that the form doing the calling should be passing?

The form making the call was developed by a 3rd party and the Infusionsoft campaign was created by someone else. I am just trying to troubleshoot, but can't get past this part.

Is there some sort of debug interface in Infusionsoft where I can at least review the calls being made and the response messages they generate?

Any nudges in the right direction will be appreciated.

values passing to IS on self hosted webpages

Greetings.

I have a curly question which may be easy to answer.
we integrated IS and Amember, so far so-so.

after a free member signs up on our own hosted webform, IS sends an http post to Amember and creates a new record.

Amember then creates the thank you page with the upsell - we host the page so we can control the php based taguchi testing on it.
If they buy the upsell they click a link which should be in the format ?inf_contact_key so tags can be applied before the next page is shown.
Conversely If they pass on the offer they click another ?inf_contact_key link, tags are applied and then they are on the next page.

My question is how to pass the values back from Amember to the thanks page, and construct those
?inf_contact_key links?

How to set "permission to market" for an email address via the API

It appears that any email addresses entered into the system will not receive mass emails unless they are marked as "Permission to market...". I see I can do this manually through infusionsoft.com. However, I would like to be able to do this same thing via the API. How can I set this permission via the API?

View Existing ActionSet and Create New ActionSet

Through the API, I am trying to view an existing ActionSet and then create a new ActionSet based on the existing one. The ActionSet usually sets data in several custom fields.

Currently i am making a call to the ActionSequence table to view an existing ActionSet, but am unsure what table the individual "actions" live in and how they relate back to the ActionSequence table.

Any help is appreciated.

Subscription not auto charging

Using the API we've added a subscription and set the next bill date to auto charge successfully. However, the auto charge is not creating an invoice on the subscription. So for months now, this particular subscription just passes the bill date and the next billed date gets set for 30 days with no invoice or charge to the member.

It appears the API added everything correctly as we do this for tons of new members but for this one the auto charge doesn't appear to work... any thoughts?

Contact Name don't visible in Manage Referral Partner

Hi.
When I added affiliate via API (new row in "Affiliate" table) in web interface not display "Contact Name" and "Parent Name". I checked the records exist in the table.
