I've created a campaign with a Landing Page to be used by our sales team at various events. They will have a Samsung Tablet at their booth at each event. On the tablet I would like to display the landing page, where the attendees can submit their info.

Once they submit the info, I would like it to take them to the thank you page and then after a few seconds redirect back to the original landing page. This way as attendees submit their info and then walk away, the page is refreshed for the next attendee.

Is there anyway to do this within the campaign/landing page? I'm not great with HTML/Javascript but I did try to put in a meta refresh (see below) but it did not work

This is what I tried--> <metahttp-equiv="refresh"content="3;url= https://zq107.infusionsoft.com/app/p...bc81966a2e2e15/"/> ]]>

Decision Diamonds Not Working http://community.infusionsoft.com/showthread.php/21084-Decision-Diamonds-Not-Working?goto=newpost Sun, 14 Aug 2016 13:38:13 GMT Hi, I'm new to InfusionSoft - and I am having a very hard time making my Decision Diamond Work.
It is supposed to be a simple automation.
As tags are applied, leads should be segmented into two sequences based on selected answer on a field.
However, when leads come in, everything is allowed in both sequences, and receive both tags from different sequence (instead of just one) - as if my decision diamond is not working. Can someone please help me see what I am doing wrong? Thank you!

Field Timer Questions http://community.infusionsoft.com/showthread.php/21079-Field-Timer-Questions?goto=newpost Fri, 12 Aug 2016 20:45:20 GMT Hi-

I'm looking to create a sequence with a few field timers, and have some questions about some non-normal cases. In this case I am going to use "Use Year From Field" for these field timers if that matters (i.e. they are one-time occurrences). These are going to be used for milestone dates in a real estate transaction (like "Home Inspection" and "Purchase and Sale deadline", etc.) to trigger emails related to the event, and when the contact starts a sequence it is likely that some or all of these dates (i.e. the fields associated with the field timer) will not yet be filled in, so they'll start out in the sequence and then the dates will be filled in as they progress. If all goes well, the dates will be there in the fields before they hit the field timers, but sometimes all doesn't go well....

1) What happens if the contact gets to the field timer in a sequence, and the associated date field is empty? Do they pause in the sequence until the date field is populated? Something else?

2) What happens is the contact gets to the field timer in a sequence, and the associated date field is in the past? For instance, the field timer says "1 day before XX", and when they get to that point, XX was 3 days ago. Or what if the field timer says "3 days before YY" and YY is 1 day in the future when they hit the field timer. Will they continue past the field timer right away?

Thanks in advance! ]]>

Purchases Not Paid By Credit Card No Longer Triggering Campaign Sequence http://community.infusionsoft.com/showthread.php/21054-Purchases-Not-Paid-By-Credit-Card-No-Longer-Triggering-Campaign-Sequence?goto=newpost Tue, 02 Aug 2016 23:08:37 GMT I just got off the chat with tech support, and apparently if a purchase isn't paid in full now it will no longer trigger my campaign sequences. We've had our campaigns set up for over 2 1/2 years to where school districts can choose "send check" as their payment option when they are registering a staff member for one of our seminars online if they didn't have a credit card and it triggers the sequence to send them the information campaign. It's worked beautifully for years...until recently.

Does anybody have a workaround for this other than me manually going in to start things? The whole point is to be automated, so me going in manually defeats the purpose. I'm HIGHLY IRRITATED at the moment...that's the G-Rated version. ]]>

Is there any way to apply a tag based on visits to a certain page or any page? I know there is a hack to do this with email opens, but the same hack will not work for website visits since it requires a user ID. ]]> Marketing Automation Jim Hohl (Visify) http://community.infusionsoft.com/showthread.php/21048-Tag-a-contact-based-on-website-visit
