LOTS of tech problems with Infusion lately 5 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 0
I've had a number of technical problems with the Infusion app lately.

After submitting my support cases, it eventually gets fixed but then another new problem pops up.

Most of the ones I've been encountering have been related to searches within the database (ie. search criteria not working properly or unable to save the search criteria).

If the searches work ok, then I encounter problems when composing or modifying existing email templates.

Either case, the system ends up asking me to log out all the time. I end up losing my work and re-doing everything only to get kicked out of the system again.

It's gotten to a point where it's wasting all of my time working with the system and we're unable to get any campaigns out on time due to these consistent technical problems.

Is anyone else seeing this?

It's gotten to a point of frustration with Infusion that I've drafted up a complaint letter but I've refrained from sending it for the time being.

You guys need to debug everything more thoroughly, the system is becoming more and more un-usable. Or there's some huge holes in the quality control.

I championed our company to use you guys and now my colleagues are wondering why on earth are we using this system that is regularly having problems and not letting us do our jobs.

I'm hoping someone on the Infusion team can let me know what's going on with all these problems.

Thanks,
A VERY frustrated user

I've been working with the system for about a year now and from my experience things seem to be getting better. But that's my personal experience. I did notice last week that I got bumped from the system a couple of times. But early on in using this system I learned to save my work very frequently just as a hedge. Haven't noticed anything with regard to search issues though.

Not sure what application you were using before but I can safely say that I took a quantum leap from the people at Sage.

As the champion at your company, how many others are using the system?

We came from using Netsuite (Infusion service & product is still far better than them for sure).

I believe we're using the legacy application as I understand they have new editions out.

So far in the past couple of weeks, we've had all our web forms not work properly (the system was stopping ALL web form submissions as it was filtering out everything as spam), search filters weren't being saved, being kicked out of the system regularly, we previously had a problem where we segmented our data for a specific campaign but it ended up being sent to the entire database which was a huge nightmare for us, etc, etc.

I've had to regularly save stuff too, but it shouldn't be like that.

Keep climbing the learning curve. I am glad you find Infusionsoft a step above Netsuite. I've seen clients really struggle with Netsuite. Keep me posted on your progress. We are going to be working with the beta release soon so hopefully I'll have some really good news to share with the community.

Poster88 -- I'm the consumer advocate for Infusionsoft and I would love to take a rational look into your issues you're having to see if we can remedy them quicker.

Honestly, the application does have a learning curve and a few glitches here and there. But please don't forget that we're doing our best to liberate and empower small business owners so they can truly automate and enjoy doing business again.

Sometimes people do things in ways the application never intended, and in those circumstances we need to evaluate the need to accommodate those for all users. To help us judge that, we have an ideas Website that is intended to help customers dictate what we should be doing. I recommend you invest some time in sharing your suggestions, voting on others and commenting on new ideas from users like you. You can access it anytime at http://ideas.infusionsoft.com/ .

If you can, please share your concerns with me. I'll be happy to review and elevate them to the right people to consider your feedback.

My email address is Joseph.Manna@infusionsoft.com

All the best,
Joe
