My webmaster is setting up a membership website within a WordPress for me.

We want the contact records of the membership site to match the contact records within specific tag groups in Infusion.

We will handle the integration manually for now.

Which field should be the "index" or "key" or "unique identifier" enabling us to make sure the two lists are synchronized?

Should it be the email address? or the Contact record ID? or something else?
