Hey folks,

In the interest in making it easy to read and interact when discussion the New Infusionsoft Performance, please share your experiences regarding the application performance.

Our Systems and Product team will be carefully monitoring this to keep tabs on what you think (and let you know if they're aware of a problem).

Application performance is a huge priority for us and we'd like to know if there is anything that is slowing you down in our application. Please consider page load times, Web browser performance, images, time it takes for searches and anything else you do in the application.

Many thanks again for your feedback to improve our software!

All pages take some time to load. It's frustrating; but -- after all -- it is a web based application.

I don't have a reference to compare it to (I have never used the old system...I became a client after the new was ready and was configured to use the new.)

You may want to think, down the road, about making a fat-client (in the same way that Google does for their AdWords Editor)...and I do in my SaaS...in order to give the best possible performance and feature set (IMHO).

Having just set up a large number (to me) of follow-up sequences and templates...I can tell you that it's laborious.

Of course, it is WAY more than worth it. The time your application saves is so great I think it's beyond calculation. You guys have one of the best applications I've ever used!

So I'm not complaining -- but wanted to give you some honest feedback that waiting for each page to load is something you notice...but in the grand scheme of things very much worth the wait.
