I figured it would be a good moment to share how to save as a CSV with Microsoft Office Excel 2007 [the newest one]. Microsoft was kind to bury the ability to save as a CSV, but it's easily done.
When you have verified all your cells are correct, no blank columns or anything else and have proper headings on them; you are ready to save.
Click the Microsoft Office logo, located along the upper left corner.
Mouse over
Save As so an additional menu appears. Click
Other Formats, then you will be presented with the Windows Save As dialog window.

Click the arrow on the right side of
File Type to
CSV (Comma delimited). You may need to scroll down to about the middle to find this. Click it and save the file wherever you wish.

Then upload to Infusionsoft via an Import -- and a few moments later you'll be enjoying the benefits of your effort to import your contacts.
As a reminder, from our Acceptable Use Policy -- ALL imports must consist of opted-in contacts and NO purchase/rented lists are permitted at anytime. Clients who violate this are subject to termination.
