This forum is intended for user-to-user (and oversight by Infusionsoft staff) feedback and discussion.

This is not an official means to report Beta bugs, but it is a place to collaborate and share experiences as we fine tune the next Infusionsoft experience for users.

Support is available over the phone or via Web-based ticketing for all clients, regardless of which version of Infusionsoft they use.

Please understand that we'll do our best to staff and observe these boards, but primarily these are user-to-user feedback. All feedback (plus and delta) is encouraged in order to provide the best possible experience for all users.

Is the beta open to ICCs? If so, I missed the offer. I'm interested. Also, when will the new user interface be released into production and what advance notice will be given to ICCs and to clients? I want to be prepared before it gets released and I think clients should be informed that it's coming.

I'm not sure on the criteria, I suspect that the finite number of clients selected were those with substantial usage so they can fully run our software through its paces.

We are expecting to have the release fully tested over the next few weeks or so. Software releases are rarely if ever hit on a deadline, because of bug fixing. We're shooting to have it released to all clients by the end of the month.

ICCs will be provided more information and will be communicated separately soon.

Besides the little hitch in the giddeup yesterday with logging in, I am SOLD!
I an not wait for the release to be for everyone. The system is way faster loading and the new features are very handy to get too.

The only thing I can not seem to find is where should we choose to NOT send to a specific list?
Groups and the like.

I see where we can select them, but not sure where to got to select a group out to not send to.

Any feedback?

It turns out that this was one big item that was missing. As I understand it is because of switching from the old app to the new one.

I'm sure they are working on it so it doesn't happen when others get moved over.
