One of my clients sends out around 200,000 emails per month and needs to analyze who opened and clicked on the trackable links within each email campaign.

For whatever ridiculous reason there is no way to search click history or email history in the People 'module'. Obviously you can find a list and a pie chart, but I need to:

- export this list
- save this list so that it is viewable by sales people
- perform mass updates on this list

So Infusionusers... How do you draw together such reports on click/email history?

When will someone bring out an ODBC driver so that we can report openly on the database. Oh what pleasures that would bring!

The ability to search / report on (and apply actions to) who open / clicked an email has been developed and is currently scheduled to be released with the next major release (1.18.0.x).
