Help! 911! My paid subscribers have been deleted 2 Months, 2 Weeks ago

I had done an import update that messed up some of my fields so I went to rollback thinking it would just roll back time from before the import. I had no idea the warning was really telling me those subscribers and all their data, sales data, and their record altogether would be gone 1 minute later.
I just spent 3 weeks moving over all my folks and really perfecting the system. Had the amember integration, everything. And 1 second later, I press one button and all my paid subscribers are wiped out. I wouldn't even know how to begin since I'm in between two systems (I had been deleting from my old system and verifying all data is right for each record, one by one, the night before infusion bills so that two systems wouldn't bill).

Does anyone know if the data team has some secret back up or if they can undo a rollback? Since it's a holiday weekend, I can't reach anyone and I'm literally biting my nails hoping they can make that "one click disaster" a dream I can wake up from.
Has anyone done this? Does anyone know if I'll have any hope getting back all my data. The perfect scenario would simply be to undo the roll back or if they have some secondary place they take data before they really delete it. Anyone know? I'll call support as soon as they are open.
