Where is the drop down box to add an action? 2 Months, 3 Weeks ago	Karma: 0
I thought I was having problem with the browser... so I tried it on THREE browser over THREE computers. Where is the drop down box to add a action to the follow up sequence?? Here is a screenshot from three different browsers... IE 8, Firefox 3.x, and Google Chrome.

This is a user permission. It is probably set to 'View' and needs to be 'Edit' Goto: >setup >my profile >edit user permissions at the bottom >marketing tab >make sure the all dropdowns say either Yes or Edit Steve

I am having similar issues with Firefox 3.5.x It works, however, with IE 8.0.6xxx. I have all rights.

These are the only fully supported browsers as of right now. I.E. 7 & 8 Firefox 3.0 This might be why its not working. Steve

Same issue on laptop with FF 3.0.x here...
