I have officially done something I learned at InfusionCon. And it is fraking AWESOME. THANK YOU TYLER!!!!

I created my first ever Activity History Template just now. It took all of 5 minutes to set up, but will save me 20 minutes each time I run it, not to mention stress that I might miss a step, or stress that a customer will get charged wrong (it removes them from a subscription.)

Now I type 2 words, click add note and wala, the magic happens.

EVERYONE should be using this feature. And if you are reading this and don't know what it is...call support and make them teach you. I have been a user for 1/5 years and cannot tell you how much time, stress and aggravation this one little thing would have saved me.

I am off to create more and automate my entire life.

hmmm...I wonder what I will do with all my free time....

One thing I wish is that Activity History Templates would have an option to select the User who triggered them rather than making you hard code the user.

That way AHTs could be used by all users in the system and still retain the info of who triggered them.
