I'd love to get your feedback on another thing we are working on: Email Reporting.
So far, what we are looking at adding is a report that shows you something like the following numbers for each broadcast sent, each campaign, each campaign step, as well as for each template:
Number of Emails Sent Number of Emails Opened (if HTML obviously) Number of Emails Clicked Number of Opt-outs Number of Feedbacks (SPAM complaints, ISP feedback, etc..)
What other tpe of information would you like to be able to see and what else would you like to be able to do with this report?
