Has anyone in the health profession used Infusionsoft to facilitate webcasts for their clients? If so how did you do it? How successful were you?

I have. I do weekly webinars all scheduled with Infusion.

It's "okay".. but every time the webinar is over, I still have manual processes to perform.

I need to send emails/add to sequences for:
-Anyone who showed up
and
-Anyone who said they would show up, but didn't

And then I need to change my sequence so when people click on the link (next time) the tag they get is different.

And finally, I need to update my sequence so it states the NEXT date.. (or else I'm plugging the wrong (past) date.)

Yes.. I happen to use Livemeeting.com, as I have a free account.

But, honestly, the webinar ITSELF is s the easy part. The hard part is:

(1) Getting infusion to send reminders to the right people
(2) Getting infusion to send the webinar info to those
people who said they wanted to go.
(3) Knowing who was in the webinar
(4) Using infusion to Follow up with those who WERE there
(5) Using infusion to follow up with those who WERE NOT there
(6) Reset for next week.. ie: Go to Step #1

I can walk your consultant thru this if he "speaks infusion." If he doesn't, they it might be fruitless to describe what I've done / set up.

I'll go look at live meeting and create a good solution for it but checkout what's possible with GoToWebinar.
