importing contacts for the Newbie 4 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 0
I am having trouble importing contacts from a csv type crm. I can't seem to get them to format correctly in columns. Names, addresses and email all spill over into the next column. I am not very good with excel. Should I just pay infusion transfer these 300 or so or will they or someone assist me in formating. I read the help guides and went to the ms site link provided but I can't seem to make it work.
I hope this is not inappropriate to ask this here, if so my apoligies.

Hi John,

Your .csv import data file is fine.

Opening up your .csv file in Excel displays the data squeezed together, because your columns in Excel are by default about an inch wide.

Close the file in Excel and go to the next import step in Infusionsoft. My cell is 410-370-9714 if you need any help give me a call.
