Many thanks to all of you for allowing me to talk with you.

I continue to have that insatiable hunger for educating myself and helping medical patients find top healthcare using new strategies and tactics which make it possible. That's one of my primary missions.

The second primary mission is to expand on my unique postion of being a physician and marketer to teach, or at least provide resources for, physicians how to use marketing strategies to increase income and increase their value to their patients. This is especially important in view of medicine being the only profession where fees are by law restricted thereby forcing physicians to resort to herding patients through their offices---when there are umteen ways to expand their practice with marketing in a much more efficient manner.

As an Internet entrepreneur for 4 years my intent is to provide information marketing in every way I'm able not only to help medical patients but also to share my knowledge about self improvement in niches that no one seems to write much about.

As a Guide in Health Education on SelfGrowth.com I hope to expand on the above 2 issues and earn an income suitable for sharing my expertise in resolving life's problems, as you all already do.

In response to your question about HIPAA, it's certainly another government stumbling block for physicians and other healthcare providers. As good as it seemed to be at the start in protecting medical patiens it has created confusion, misunderstandings, and chaos among patients and doctors. But, you already know this.

Now retired from medicine and on my second career as an author I have found a much more pleasant means of assisting patients to get better medical care. HIPAA's fingers have a very difficult time holding doctors hostage when they are not practicing medicine. That's were I have an edge.

I have to trust my instincts and rely on the Holy Spirit to guide me along the right path.
