Ok, sorry bout that. I am excited for that though.

My biggest feature request that would bring bliss to my life and business would be a mirror for my clients.
All along I've wished for, and finally resigned to build myself a client center where clients of mine can login to view their bills, pay bills, add or remove services from their account and even talk to our team and get messages from our team through this center.
I know you have the help center which we use but I am talking about total account and relationship management from both sides. Give clients access to their own data and allow them to change things when needed and be part of the account management process. This would obviously open up a lot of areas where we could automate processes based on their actions.
In my web development company, it would help with project management.
In my lawn care company it would allow customers to manage their services which currently consists of a phone call or email to request a change followed by a confirmation that the change has been accepted. Most of this is currently being done manually.
Basically, I would like my clients to have the functionality that you get with online banking. All of that data would be stored in the CRM and would be actionable.
I know it's a ton to ask for but this would be bliss!
Any steps in this direction would make me one happy entrepreneur.
