Appointment reminders using pop-ups is great...IF you're always in front of your computer. However, if you are on the road, then it doesn't work out so well.

If you are using a device that can receive SMS or eMail, it would be a nice option to tell the system when you set-up an appointment to remind me via

a) Pop-Up Reminder
b) Email Reminder - just needs to send an email with the details (same as it does now when you select notifications - except not 'Notify Immediately'). It should email the reminder based on the 'time before due' selected.
c) SMS (for those without email smart phones) that does the same as above.

I have used various other web based programs and they ALL have this simple little feature. Even Google Calendar offers this when you set appointments.

So simple, so easy, yet so practical and effective. Any chance this small addition could be added? Thanks!

Agree this would be a handy feature.

I don't spend a great deal of time with InfusionSoft open my preference is for IS to integrate with Google Calendar or Outlook calendar /tasks.
