Tech Support just told me that renumbering is not possible. This is irritating because I relied on your "may" and told a client it was a possibility.

Please add a comment to this answer because it is mis-leading and that is not cool.

Second, I am very surprised invoices cannot be set to begin at any number, and in any format desired. My suggestion is to make this change.
