On the home page the Task manager seems to work nicely. You can view tasks, and select a number of tasks and mark them complete.
However, once you click on 'View All' then the system include Appointments in the list - obviously appointments are NOT tasks and so not sure why they are in that list? It certainly clutters it all up and makes it hard to manage tasks vs appointments effectively.
Also, on the home page Task Manager, you can select multiple outstanding tasks and click 'Complete' and the system takes care of removing them from the list.
BUT, in the 'View All' section, there is NO WAY to mark multiple task items complete in the Actions pull-down menu.
Why is the same functionality not available?? If we are to use this section as a productivity tool, then this functionality is a MUST.
