Does the cron job work when you type it straight into a browser window?
http://yoursite.com/amember/plugins/protect/isoft/cron.phpEach webserver calls the cron job differently. Sometimes you have to have the webhosting company activate a setting before it will work. You might try calling the webhosting company to see if they can help with the cron job if it works correctly in the browser.
