We really spent time thinking this through... but we completely missed that scenario! Sheesh!
If Admins could "reset" the password by typing a new password on the user record, would that solve your problems? I assume we'd prompt the user to change the password when they log in for the first time, but you wouldn't have to jump through so many hoops.
Scott, that wouldn't solve your problem of needing to log in as that user... for that, you'll just need to have their password.
