We'll be updated the Infusionsoft application to include a number of fixes on Tuesday, November 4, 2008!

What this means for you?
Continue to use your Infusionsoft application the same way you have been, just note that many bugs have been fixed today.

There are 3 new features, 70 bug fixes and 10 refinements.

NEW FEATURES:

Digital Key/License Management
Users that sell digital products and are looking to be able to distribute digital keys or licenses are now able to do so via Infusionsoft. This new feature allows users to paste a set of digital keys/licenses for each digital product that is being sold. The user can then set up an email to deliver the keys to the end-user. Infusionsoft will keep track of the number of available keys and assigned keys (including to whom the keys have been assigned).

Weight-Based Bulk Shipping Discounts
Users that charge shipping based on product weight, now have the ability to specify different shipping rates for different weight ranges. This will allow users to configure their shipping so that they are not charging their customers insane shipping fees for heavy packages.

Permissions on Reports
Admin users can now control users' access to reports. For each user, the admin can specify which category(ies) of reports a user can access.

REFINEMENTS:

Search ยป UI
Modified search pages within the application to include "Back to search results" links. Specifically, these search pages were revised: Users, Follow-Up Sequences, Templates, Leadsources, Tags, Order Forms, Web Forms, Products and Subscriptions.
Reporting ยป Opportunity Revenue Forecast Report
The report has added filters if the opportunities are committed to the forecast or not; additional tweaks on the display of columns.
Opportunity Management ยป General
Will no longer add dashes in the notes if an Action Date is not updated.
Reporting ยป Opportunity Pipeline Report
This report has been improved to run much faster, consuming less server resources.
User Home ยป Postpone Button
Removed the button for 'Postpone' from the User Home page.

Search ยป Filters
A bug which caused search filters not to be enforced when narrowing down a search has been resolved.
Affiliate Module ยป Order Forms
Fixed an issue which caused Affiliates to duplicate intermittenly and certain templates not saving.
MortgagePro Module ยป People Search
Addressed the inability to perform a People Search via the navigational menu.
Order Receipts ยป Failure to Send
Fixed a long-overdue bug which prevented Order Receipts being sent; affected a very small minority of clients.
Reporting ยป Daily Sales
Resolved a bug which caused daily sales to not show on selected days.
Repoprting ยป Conversion by Leadsource
Addressed an issue that caused the Conv. by Leadsource report not to render correctly.
Order Forms ยป Continuity UI
Corrected typo involving plural use of months, weeks, days, etc.
Search ยป Completed Task (Status)
Fixed a bug which caused a the search to fail to display results for completed tasks when searching for completed tasks.
Sidebar ยป UI
Resolved an issue which prevented users from seeing current list of favorites shared by others.
Reports ยป Orders Dashboard
Addressed an issue where current continuity program statuses were inaccurate.
Templates ยป Merge Fields
Fixed a bug which allowed invalid Company Merge Fields to be used in templates. Removed invalid merge fields.
Tags ยป Deleting
Resolved a bug which prevented tags from being deleted. In order to see a tag fully delete, must log out and in the application.
Tasks & Appointments ยป Contacts
Fixed an issue where the Task or Appointment failed to display for contacts with an apostrophe in their name. (O'Neil for example)
Custom Fields ยป Data
Addressed an issue where Custom Date fields can't be cleared/deleted.
Follow-up Sequences ยป Null Steps
Fixed an issue which is caused by deleting Templates in a FUP Sequence ... where Null Steps are created, orphaned steps.
Web Forms ยป Affiliate Programs
Resolved an issue which caused Affiliate Programs not to function when setting up Web Forms
Templates ยป Merge Fields
Resolved an issue which caused the Leadsource Merge Field to not function in templates.
Opportunity Record ยป Action Date + Notes
Fixed a bug which caused the Next Action Date and Notes to not save together when saved.
E-Mail Client ยป Stored Addresses
Addressed a bug which caused e-mail address to be truncated when selecting them within the Infusionsoft E-Mail Client.
User Permissions ยป Owner
Addressed a bug which prevented the Can Change Owner permission from being enforced.
Orders ยป Charging Tax on PayPal Orders
Fixed a bug which resulted in failure to collect taxes on PayPal orders, which base the tax from the State/Country for credit cards.
Shopping Cart ยป HTML
Resolved an issue where custom HTML links were not linking correctly for the Storefront.
Broadcast ยป Search Filters
Addressed a bug which caused users to errornously send to their entire list when they intended to send to a list of contact who met specific search criteria.
Products ยป Prices
Addressed a bug which caused prices not to adequately save the update.
Custom Fields ยป Import
Fixed a bug which prevented data being mapped to custom fields properly.
Misc. ยป E-mail List
Resolved an issue which caused inaccurate information being sent from the E-Mail List feature.
People Records ยป Company Field
Addressed an issue where Company Field was inaccurate; cascading across the application.
Data ยป Export
Addressed an issue where checkboxes on searches don't function correctly when a few are unchecked.
Sales Pipeline ยป Triggers
Fixed a bug which caused Sales Pipeline Triggers not to fire correctly when freshly created.
Calendar ยป Invalid Date
Fixed a bug which caused Calendar items to display an invalid date on them ("NaN")
Search ยป UI
Resolved an issue which caused search result paging not to accurately display the results pagination.
Templates ยป Letter Processing
Resolved an issue which prevented Letters from processing immediately.
