Hey folks,
Monday evening, Infusionsoft will deploy a much-anticipated update to all Infusionsoft applications which will fix many bugs and offer new features for all users. In an effort to help document and inform our clients, I've compiled the list of fixes from product management below. We tentatively expect this update to be deployed
TONIGHT into Tuesday morning.
What this means for you?Continue to use your Infusionsoft application the same way you have been, just note that many bug fixes have been fixed and several features have been improved. We recommend all clients clear their cache and cookies to ensure reliability of the usage of Infusionsoft. (If you're using Internet Explorer, we strongly advise you use Mozilla Firefox 3.)

NEW FEATURES:
Product Bundles
Create product bundles to reduce the amount of time spent adding products and/or subscriptions to an Opportunity. For example, if you find that your sales representatives typically sell Products A, B, C, and Subscription D, you can create a product bundle so that your sales reps can add all those items to the opportunity record with a single click instead of adding each one individually. Additionally, if you have a product that has a subscription linked to it, you can create a bundle for the product and subscription so the sales reps don't have to remember to add both items to the opportunity.
Follow-Up Time
Currently, sales representatives are able to specify a Follow-Up Action and Follow-Up Date. With this release, sales representatives are now able to specify a time of day to follow up on a particular Opportunity. Opportunities that have a Follow-up Time set will display on the sales rep's calendar.
Add a Note to Opportunities' History
With this release, we simplified the process for adding notes to an Opportunity's history.
Steps at Stages
Sales Managers now have the ability to specify steps that sales reps should complete at each stage of the sales process. Sales representatives can mark the steps as 'Complete' by checking them off in the Opportunity Record.
Estimated Close Date
Sales representatives can now enter an Estimated Close Date for Opportunities that they are working with.
Forecasting
With this release, we added several features that allow for improved forecasting for Sales Teams that use Opportunities. We added an Opportunity Revenue Forecasts report that will allow sales managers to forecast potential revenue from opportunities that are expected to close in a specified date range. We also added a feature that allows sales managers to specify a probability percentage at each stage of the sales process that is then factored into the Opportunity Revenue Forecast Report so that sales managers can generate a "weighted" forecast.
Moved eCommerce into Shopping Cart Settings
We moved the eCommerce Misc. Settings to the Setup > Shopping Cart section.
Families and Categories
We added the concept of Product Families and made Product Categories specific to the Shopping Cart. Now, users can organize their products into Families and independent of that organization, users can organize their store front whichever they want.
Product/Subscription Interest Changes
We made it much easier to add Product/Subscription Interests to an Opportunity record. In addition, for each Interest, the sales representative can specify a Quantity and a Discount. For products that are added, the sales rep can specify a payment plan the prospect is interested in and for subscriptions the sales representative can specify how many days to wait before starting the billing. All of these settings will factor into the Opportunities Potential Revenue.
Buy Now Links
Sales representatives now have an option to Send a Buy Now link for an opportunity to a prospect. The Sales representatives can set the Buy Now link to expire. The Buy Now link will be sent in an email and when the prospect clicks the link, he/she will be taken to the shopping cart and all the products/subscriptions as well as the prospect info will be prefilled in the cart. The prospect can then complete the purchase in the cart.

The Lead Source field now dynamically changes the display if the data is too long.

Resolved a performance issue (memory spike) when using the Opportunity Bulk-Edit feature.

Refined the UI to not show "Back to Results" on a Company Record errorneously.
User Home > Getting Started Guide
The "Getting Started" guide will now be limited to Admin users of Infusionsoft and will toggled on or off within the Misc. Settings section.
Opportunity Record > Name[b]
Refined the hyperlink for the Name and the E-mail address when accessing the Opportunity Record.

Refined the UI to indicate which tab that Tracking preferences are under. (Person Tab)
User Home > UI
Refined the UI to properly display the date along the top so it doesn't overlap.
BUG FIXES:
Sales Settings > Saving
Saving changes to Sales Settings has been fixed if no changes were actually made.
E-Mail > Trackable Links
Trackable links correctly pass required merge fields like first name, last name, etc to the landing page.
E-Mail > Custom Opt-In Links
Custom Opt-In links no longer throw an error when they are clicked on.
Calendar > Tasks and Appointments
Javascript on the Calendar has been fixed if there are multiple tasks and appointments set for a given date.
Tags > Search
Fixed an error regarding if no records are found within a given Tag search.
Follow-Up Date > Time
Resolved an issue so the time and date properly save when the input is saved for Follow-Up dates.
Mortgage Pro > Opportunity Search
Fixed an error when searching for opportunities within the MortgagePro application.
Mortgage Pro > Opportunity Records
Fixed an issue causing the loss of display of items under the Status Tab of the Opportunity Record.

Resolved an issue where not all fields are being passed through to Internet Secure merchant account.

Fixed a bug causing the Shopping Cart Free Trial feature to override the Opportunity free trial.
Sales Triggers > Actions' Stages
Resolved an issue where an Action Set was not firing correctly for moving Sales Stages.
User Home > Calendar
Fixed an incompatibility with IE7, where the calendar does not display correctly on the User Home page.
Opportunities > Actions Menu
Addressed issue which caused the Actions Menu not to function properly under Firefox 3.
Administrative > User Permissions
Fixed issue which caused users who have access to Edit/Add permissions to be able to add appointments and notes given if they have only View rights.

Restored the display of the Infusionsoft User drop-down listbox.

Resolved the issue causing e-mail tasks to be colored green errornously, will now be colored Yellow.

Fixed an AJAX error when adding an opportunity to follow-up.

Refined the display of the buttons on Follow-Up Sequences.

Resolved conflict between Tasks and Appointments that occur at the same time.

Fix a bug which caused Leads to not be reassigned, in additon to fixing the vernacular from "Leads" to "Opportunities."

Resolved an issue which caused an error when attempting to delete a Lead Source.

Fixed an issue causing the inability to sort by Order ID.

Resolved bug causing tracking preferences to not be saved.

Addressed issue which prevented changing hyperlinks within the TinyMCE HTML Editor.

Resolved the issue where clicking a Lead Source without changes, then saving would cause an error.
