During the Webinar, we received a number of questions. Here are some questions that were asked quite a bit:
When will we be upgraded?We will be upgrading clients between August 25th and September 1st -- tentatively. By early September you should be upgraded without any issues.
Will there be a secondary Webinar on the New Infusionsoft?At this time, we have not scheduled any future Webinars on the New Infusionsoft; however, we have it recorded for your convenience.
Are there any more Custom Fields (over 99)? No, there are not any more Custom Fields available. Ideally, we recommend considering removing unnecessary Custom Fields in your application.
What is the Stealth tab?Because we demonstrated the New Infusionsoft application internally; the Stealth tab was present. This feature is only available for Infusionsoft employees for the purpose of troubleshooting and support. (We may, with your permission, access your Infusionsoft application for troubleshooting purposes.)
What additional training will you offer for the New Infusionsoft?We have a number of support resources which serves as training material. The
FuseBox is an updated searchable knowledge-base. We also have an
Old-to-New Guide which helps classic Infusionsoft users migrate and learn the differences between the two versions. In addition, we also have a revised
User Guide (PDF Manual) for the New Infusionsoft. What's the status on Outlook integration?This release has no bearing on our Outlook integration project. We're currently working with a vendor to deliver the best experience for Infusionsoft clients to get the most out of Infusionsoft + Outlook together. We anticipate late 2008 or early 2009 the add-on will be available.
What about mobile integration (iPhone, PDA, etc.)?We understand the importance of managing your business and being mobile at the same time. We're currently working on exploring new solutions that will better equip small business owners for working with Infusionsoft. (We may visit the iPhone application sooner than later.)
How much (or will there be) any expected downtime for the upgrade? We don't expect any downtime during the upgrades. We schedule upgrades during the minimal use period, typically the evening on a Tuesday or Wednesday. When we stage out the releases, it will ensure we have strong monitoring of our systems ensuring 100% reliability.
