Hey folks,

Today, we'll be upgrading a select number of clients to our improved, faster and more user-friendly version of Infusionsoft. There hasn't been a more significant change than this release, and we hope you enjoy it.

In light of the numerous changes, we have an Infusionsoft "Old to New" guide that will help existing customers understand where their favorite features are found in the new version. We strongly recommend all clients visit the Old Timers Guide to the New Infusionsoft and familiarize themselves with the changes.

The new Infusionsoft release is staged, meaning we'll be upgrading clients in different groups on separate dates. For system stability and to better monitor client feedback, the number of users upgraded are limited. In case we need to tidy up any last minute changes, we may need to push things back.

There will be three release dates tentatively scheduled for Monday, August 25th (today), Thursday, August 28th and Monday, September 1st.

You don't have to do anything to upgrade; all applications will be upgraded by Infusionsoft by early September. All you will need to do is login, and enjoy the fruits of our effort throughout the past year.

Support will be available for any clients who need it, but there may be unexpected rises in call volume to our support team. Please consider using additional resources such as the FuseBox (Knowledge Base), the Old Timer's Guide, and the updated Infusionsoft User Guide (PDF Manual) and the Infusionsoft Online Support.
