I'd love to get your feedback on another thing we are working on: Email Reporting.

So far, what we are looking at adding is a report that shows you something like the following numbers for each broadcast sent, each campaign, each campaign step, as well as for each template:

Number of Emails Sent
Number of Emails Opened (if HTML obviously)
Number of Emails Clicked
Number of Opt-outs
Number of Feedbacks (SPAM complaints, ISP feedback, etc..)

What other tpe of information would you like to be able to see and what else would you like to be able to do with this report?

This may be what you meant by number of emails clicked, but being able to create reports by trackable link would be great.

I was disappointed to learn that I can't track my "trackable" links like I could in Constant Contact. Support told me that the links should really be called Actionable links because they can have actions, but aren't really trackable.

Hey Brad,

It would great if the above mentioned reports were linked to the people records so that you could individually click on people or run actions on the whole batch (sending another broadcast, add to tag, export including contact id, ect.).
