I would offer that the help you need is not isolated to Infusionsoft. You could hire a Web developer/designer who has competency to migrate from Photoshop to HTML and CSS.

You could post a "Gig" on Craigslist in your local area and work with a local person to get it done on your time.

The actual conversion would go from Photoshop (PSD) into HTML and JPGs/PNGs. Then once you have all the images hosted somewhere, just copy and paste the code into the Infusionsoft Template editor.
