Using Affiliate code as a password 7 Months, 2 Weeks ago

I have a bunch of sales people that promote my product or service. I have set each of them up as an affiliate and they hand out a business card that has our URL and and Password (the password is their affiliate code).
How do I set up a landing page so that when the prospect enters their name, email and password (affiliate code) it attaches that lead to the proper affiliate?
I don't want to have to give out the complicated affiliate link when I do this.
Any ideas are welcome, thanks in advance.

I am not 100% sure, however you should be able to have the Aff code/PW as a required field in a webform.
I can look into it for you some more. But my understanding is you wish to ensure the referring affiliate gets the credit correct?

I couldn't find the affiliate code as a webform field.
What I am looking to do is instead of using an affilaite link, to have someone manually enter the affilaite code and when that person is added they are automatically added under the affiliate.
I am having sales people hand out business cards with normal url and a password (which is the affiliate code). This way I know who is out handing out biz cards.
